Determinants of Effective Budget Utilization in Ethiopian Public Institutions

According to many scholars finding Budget utilization is affected with intrinsic and extrinsic factors within the boundary of in outside organization having influence on proper budget. The major objective this study determine that affect effective budget Ethiopian public institutions, which both institutional institution external factors. To achieve a systematic review meta-analysis method was used. findings shows lack monitoring evaluation, structural problems, employees competency centralized allocation have significant critical found all institutions as negative determinant factor institutions. Based researcher recommends every should give attention regarding listed out before approval annual budgets order effectively utilize approved budgets.
